CLINICAL FOCUS
I support women who are tired of being tired, with hormone and digestive concerns, who are ready to figure things out once and for all, reduce their stress, and get back to living their lives!
I have had the unique opportunity to practice in both private clinics and a hospital setting where I’ve worked with hundreds of women with hormonal concerns, digestive issues and unexplained fatigue. The majority of my practice includes polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), thyroid disorders, period concerns, unexplained infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, acne, weight loss resistance, vaginal complaints, menopause, IBS, SIBO, inflammatory bowel diseases and food sensitivities. Through my clinical experience, I have observed that hormonal concerns are frequently accompanied by digestive issues which has led me to focus extensively on both.
HORMONES
Our hormones play a crucial role in many aspects of our health including our mood, energy, weight, skin, libido, and fertility. Understanding and addressing your hormonal health can make a world of a difference in how you both look and feel. Any of the following symptoms are good indicators your hormones need to be addressed:

- Fatigue

- Foggy Thinking
- Low Mood
- Anxiety
- Lack of Sex Drive
- Hot Flashes or Night Sweats
- Breast Discomfort
DIGESTION
Our digestive system is the centre of everything else going on in our bodies. It reflects itself in your skin, houses most of your immune system, eliminates waste, produces our "feel good" chemicals, and is essential for providing our bodies with fuel, just to name a few. It can therefore impact your skin, mood, mental health, frequency you get sick, weight, energy, autoimmune disorders, vaginal infections and even your hormones. Any of the following symptoms are clear signs your digestive system needs to be addressed:
- Not Having 1-3 bowel Movements Daily
- Constipation
- Diarrhea
- Frequent Abdominal Pain
- Excessive or Offensive Smelling Gas
- Bloating
- Heartburn or Acid Reflux
- Blood, Mucus, or Undigested food in your Stool
- Recurrent Yeast Infections
- Skin Conditions like Acne, Rosacea, Eczema, Psoriasis
